[wisb] GW Teals at Bong

A group of some dozen green-winged teals was flitting around Wolf Lake at Bong
State Recreation Area in Brighton this morning. Also saw a kestrel, a few RT
hawks, bluebirds, a brown thrasher, great blue heron, and several meadowlarks.
