PECTORAL SANDPIPERS. Though not in great numbers other birds included both YELLOWLEGS, WILSON'S SNIPE, KILLDEER, HORNED LARK, RUSTY BLACKBIRD, CANADA GEESE, NORTHERN SHOVELER, MALLARD, both TEAL, GADWALL, RING-BILLED GULL and BONAPARTE'S GULLS. The geese and duck numbers have been dwindling the past few days but the Bonaparte's gull numbers remain pretty good. The number seems to build throughout each day with several hundred being present early this evening. With the extent of flooding in this field I expect it to draw shorebirds for several weeks.
