For the second night in a row, we saw a few nighthawks go over Lake Mills/Rock Lake, both times heading due NORTH. Last night it was 9 flying over at 6:10 p.m. Tonight it was 6 at 6:55 p.m., with another 2 at 7:08. They weren't calling, and they weren't milling about - they were flying straight north.
