Thanks to a tip from a friend who told me Stump Lake wasn't frozen, I
decided to take a drive over there and check it out.  I got my FOY COMMON
MERGANSERS, RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS, BUFFLEHEAD, LESSER SCAUP, and
RING-NECKED DUCKS.  Also present were CANADA GEESE and COMMON GOLDENEYES.
 After watching the waterfowl, I also noticed my FOY OSPREY flying overhead.
