[wisb] West Madison birding

There was an OSPREY circling over Lake Wingra this afternoon. At one point,
it was being dive bombed by a Red-tailed Hawk. I also observed a flock of 11
AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS fly over Monroe Street, headed towards Lake Monona.
Nice yard bird!
