At Bakken's Pond in Spring Green there were flocks of Lesser Scaup and some
Mallards. Geese were also some of the waterfowl present. Red-winged blackbirds
are back and singing there. I saw a Crow flying over the marsh, which was
usual. An Eastern phoebe is also there are will probably stay throughout the
springtime. I think Phoebes will nest in Wisconsin soon, I saw some in late
March. Good birding!
