[wisb] Ashland - Northern Mockingbird, Snowy Owl

The Northern Mockingbird continues at the north end of 9th Ave. E in Ashland. I
hadn't seen it for a couple weeks, but it's still looking good, despite the
temps.
The Snowy Owl continues to be reliably hanging out on the lake between the
power plant and the marina, though it changes location quite a bit, and a scope
is generally required. Today it was taking shelter behind a big red buoy closer
to the marina.
