  Great Find!  The only ebird report lately was one in the Buffalo area on 
1-27. These are outstanding finds. Nothing else in N.A., on ebird.I hope 
that you got enough to document it.  The low light can really affect color 
tones, as you said. The outer primaries ,unless faded, should be black. I 
had to look up scalene. If the edges of the white triangle were sharp, it 
should leave out kittiwake and Ross's. Not much else to choose from.
