[windows_errors] [What_Error_Messages_Really_Mean_WIN_98] is my computer about to CRASH ?

Please help me???  Is my computer trying to crash???
I have no one to turn to but this group.........
In the past few days, my computer has begun RE-starting  for no reason 
whatsoever.........this has happened 5-6 times.

Also, I have been getting these two error messages for about 6 weeks and have 
no idea what they mean or what to do about them????

All of my years of family research is stored on this machine and  I am really 
scared I'm going to lose it all again ,,,,,  I am the only user.
If someone can tell what's going on and what I need to do I will be forever 
grateful.
