PDManager is a free utility written by Appsense Technologies many years ago to
solve the problem of deleting rogue printer drivers from Terminal Servers and
was distributed by The Thin.net as a sponsorship promotion for free. It has
since circulated and been taken and distributed by many other sites. If you
want to be sure that you have a safe version get it from
http://thethin.net/pdmanager.zip

Note that windows XP and and Windows 2003 now allow you to do pretty much the
same functionality by going into print manager and choosing server properties.
