Hmm considering I suggested this right off the bat about 20 messages ago in
this thread why the f_ck didn't anyone agree?
The utility to use is PSexec from sysinternals which lets you execute a file
on a remote workstation as any user you desire.
And it is free.

Yeah, runas doesn't support piping passwords to it, AFAIK, but that's
where su.exe is handy.
