Correct. That's a problem I had at home where a particular game my kids
played would not run as a restricted user. The manufacturer's solution was
to use RunAs. The problem was the it required entering the username and
password every time. In other words, it did not help much - argh! This
was on WinXP Pro on a workgroup.
