[windows2000] Mandatory to Roaming profile

Hi Guys,
I am sure this is easy, but just seeking suggestions. We have about 220 staff
who currently use a mandatory profile, but for some reason it has been agreed
that we should move to roaming profiles. Just wondering the best way to go
about this.
We currently redirect My documents folder, and startup and desktop menus are
part of the mandatory profiles, bout would need to be redirected. Just need
tips on the easiest way to move 220 staff to roaming profile.
