[windows2000] Issue with Windows Server 2003/Exchange 2000

Hi,
I have a situation where I have a Windows 2003 server SP1 which was built
from scratch and I am trying to introduce another system running Windows
2000 Server and Exchange 2000 into the same domain as the domain controller.
The Exchange server was created by restoring an Acronis image from another
Windows 200 server running Exchange 2000.
Is there a checklist of procedures to follow in order to get
the two systems to function together?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
