Yes, I followed the instructions to the letter.  Any other ideas?  I
have the group allowed local log in.  I have permissions set correctly.
I'm frustrated.

Did you set up a separate virtual FTP directory in IIS MMC that is the
EXACT same name as their login id?

This folder does not need to be shared correct?  I keep coming up in the
root ftp folder.  I'll keep trying.

Worked fine for me... here it is
Step 1: Create a home folder for your user. 
Typically, this will be a subfolder under a parent folder called (Users
or FTPusers would be typical names). Additionally, this group needs the
