Actually, I don't think it would be too hard to get a hold of that kind of
information if someone was really interested. You try social engineering the
user to give you some "harmless" info, you could try other people who went
to school with him (by checking at school records), etc...

Sure but if a user can't remember their password, they will write it down
somewhere.

Personally, I do not like the idea of using addresses and other personal
information directly on a password. It would make it much easier for someone
to guess your password as you all know.

That's a good idea, but I'm not quite certain of the address (in mind) that
I lived at in Cleveland! :-(  I do remember the one in East Cleveland
