Someone is trying to break into your system. If the accounts are locked out, someone is trying those user accounts and entering the incorrect password more then 3 times. We have a 3 failed attempt policy that will lock users out but some of these users are not even failing once. I have a few users that will log onto their workstations without any problems but Outlook will ask for their login. I have checked the security logs but I can't see anything out of the ordinary......
