[windows2000] Account Lockouts

Hello,
Does anyone have any ideas as to why users account would lock out for
what looks like no reason at all? We have a 3 failed attempt policy that
will lock users out but some of these users are not even failing once. I
have a few users that will log onto their workstations without any
problems but Outlook will ask for their login. I have checked the
security logs but I can't see anything out of the ordinary......
