I found a winamp ini inside my winamp and I deleted it. then I went to my music and 78s folder and tried to play a song by Enrico Caruso. Alas. it did play but i used my right arrow to try to move along or left arrow to back up some, and that did not work. also whenI stopped the recording I still got "office watson," and send error report or don't send error report. So it does seem nothing has changed--unless I had to reboot for changes to take place. Thanks, Mr. Wong.

Penny

hi,
no such issue happen to me before but you can give the following a try.

navigate to your winamp installed folder located in c:\program files, look for a file call winamp.ini and delete it. relaunch winamp as normal and you will have a your winamp setting back to the default. try this and tell us the result.

thanks and hope this helps.

Warmest Regards,
Allan Wong

hi

i'm facing a somewhat similar problem.
previously, hitting enter on a song title would play the song instantly. but
things are not the same now. hitting enter would only launch winamp without
playing the song requested.

your advice please
