Hi Larry,
I did not uninstall the older version. I just installed right over the old
version and it worked fine.
I wonder if you are running through a proxy server or something. In that
case you must configure evil Lyrics to address that proxy--no small
chore--since the interface for settings in Evil Lyrics is quite graphical.

I just can't get anywhere with this thing anymore, and I just got through
installing the latest version.
