Ron,
At present, I have Norton Firewall disabled, and still not having any luck. I am also behind a router, so who knows, that may be what I try bypassing next just to see if that is the culprit.

Like I said, I haven't used this program in a while, and could probably do without it. But hey, every once in a while you just need a bit of clarification in your understanding <g>.

I've been looking through the faq, and still haven't found a reference to Norton. If you have any idea in what section I might find it, please let me know. Of Course, better yet, if you find the reference, you could paste it into a message and send it along <g>.

I'll probably just put this project aside for a while and play with it a bit later. Have to go out for a wedding this afternoon, and don't even remember whose wedding my wife is carting me off too, but that should take my mind off it for a while <g>.

Thanks, and TTYL,

Larry

Hi Larry,

You can click on the graphics near the top of the page to enter
preferences--and you can try to play with some settings. The interface is
poor, but you can get around if you are familiar enough with the facilities
of your screen reader. Using JAWS, the auto graphics labeler does not work
to label the graphics. However, if you switch to the JAWS cursor, navigate
to the line of graphics just below the title bar, set your screen echo to
all and move slowly across the graphics, JAWS will read tool tips associated
with various graphics, which you can label manually by pressing insert + G
and then following the prompts (name application ETC.) and then access with
the JAWS cursor and numpad slash. One of these will take you to the
settings or preferences dialogue.

Be sure to check your firewall settings. I see from the FAQ on the Evil
Lyrics site, that people running Norton system works or Norton Utilities may
have to adjust those programs to allow Evil Lyrics to work properly.

Well Gene, unvfortunately, there seems to be no menu of any kind that will let you make any adjustments of any kind. I've even reinstalled the program to no avail. Really stumped.
