I have been asked whether it is OK for a one stop to rent out its
conference room to a church on Sunday morning. Section 188 (a)(3) of
the WIA labeled "Prohibition on assistance for facilities for sectarian
instruction or religious worship" speaks about what a participant is
prohibited from doing.
Any thoughts?
