The Committee of OzHPV Inc. have consulted with it's members interested in =
record attempts.
I have been instructed to register an "Against" vote for the proposed chang=
e of rule 3.3.1.

I'm very sorry about this. It means that whether our proposal is
accepted or not (it's exactly even at the moment, with about one day to
go), the WHPVA will be seen as divided. I'm very sorry to not have
foreseen this in advance.
