- Looks like a double negative typo, should it be something like:

- Should this be tweaked to something like:

The "Waiver & Release Agreement" currently starts on page 3. Do we
want the waiver to be intermingled like this?Or should there be a
page break and start it on page 4?
On page 4:

until cancelled or changed in writing by the undersigned.
- Should this sentence be moved down a paragraph and set to be its own
paragraph? Such as:

I give permission to West End Civic Association for the free use of my
likeness and that of my child or ward, in connection with any

I will pull this and give this another detailed read this afternoon after

Everyone else, would you please set aside a few minutes to give this
document a read, paying attention to all of the details. This is the
time we need to voice our opinions and arrive at an agreement for any
difference of opinion.
I believe we need to vote as a Board to determine if the Waiver is the
way we will go for individuals or not. I understand both sides of the
equation, and I think we need it on record that we have voted on how
to proceed.
I really doubt that in the past there was an insurance policy on the
building that automatically covered any group that rented the
building. Therefore, the building was probably rented, basically
hoping for the best. That is fine, just that all seven of us need to
understand this.
I’ll start a separate thread for the sole purpose of voting on the
waiver vs. requiring insurance for individuals.
