Don't we want the rental time to cover their setup? Having setup time
in the document may not be advantageous to the association. Renting
for 3 hours would mean you get in at the beginning of the first of 3
hours. How exactly do the other venues handle this? Did anyone call up
and ask them specifically?
* Are we also saying the renter must be finished in the building by
the end of the rental duration?
