Microsoft Project Server - pros, it's very powerful. cons, it's a bear to learn and pricey for smaller orgs. I've heard good things about BaseCamp - not as powerful as Project but pretty easy to use when playing around with it. Pricing is based on storage and not by (seat - aka user).
