That would seem to me kind of pointless.
In the case of an incoming call, we absolutely HAVE to wake up the app.
In the case of a text message, we should wake up the app and have it
retrieve the message via SIP. If we are currently doing that another
way, we should probably stop now, as the message queue is mSILO on kamailio.
