really? that would mean that a 'decline' on the notification would
never really decline the SIP call, unless there's the call-id in the
notification and that is passed later to the app in any case (answer
or decline), and the app is clever enough to refuse that call with
that call-id without showing anything to the user. Might be doable,
but I doubt that would make things altogether simpler.
