Hi Elaine , sorry about that . I read the Chrystal healing info and tried to
figure out what people needed to bring. I sent the correction out to Andrea,
so hopefully all is good .
I would like to take the classes , so count me in !
Side note , Dylan is wondering if he could get a massage from you ? He's
available almost any time . He hurt his back a few days ago and is pretty
locked up .

may want to bring a pillow for more comfortable sitting.
Introduction of Meditation, a 6 week course
,
Monday nights, 7-8 pm <x-apple-data-detectors://2>, Beginning May 8.
<x-apple-data-detectors://3> At Warwick library
Please arrive 6:45 to allow time to settle in. Doors will be closed at 7 so
that class can begin with out distractions. Please bring a mat and a
blanket. Suggested donation $5-10 (scholarships available)
Each week will introduce and lead a different style of meditation. We’ll
notice what style we are more comfortable with, and where we’d like to
explore more deeply. You will be guided through the meditation, and see
which style may suit you. Meditation is great for folks of all ages, and
has health benefits. For example, we’ll notice what we feel in our bodies,
and if that change. Some of us will notice how much our mind jumps
(NORMAL!) and some will notice feelings of constriction’ tightness in our
bodies. We’ll work with those things to your comfort level. he meditation
experience can benefit the flow of energy through he body/mind. We’ll have
a short time set aside for questions.
