Each week will introduce and lead a different style of meditation. We’ll
notice what style we are more comfortable with, and where we’d like to
explore more deeply. You will be guided through the meditation, and see which
style may suit you. Meditation is great for folks of all ages, and has health
benefits. For example, we’ll notice what we feel in our bodies, and if that
change. Some of us will notice how much our mind jumps (NORMAL!) and some
will notice feelings of constriction’ tightness in our bodies. We’ll work
with those things to your comfort level. he meditation experience can benefit
the flow of energy through he body/mind. We’ll have a short time set aside
for questions.
