[visionrehabtherapist] Syringe Support insulin dosing device

I just received a Syringe Support insulin dosing device that I ordered
and found that it is off by 2 units of insulin. When the device is
turned to the zero position, and the syringe is in the zero position,
the syringe plunger is not touching the screw. I am using the BD 100
unit syringes that are required for the device. Anyone with experience
with the Syringe Support - have you had this problem?
