Neville, do you use any AHK scripts? The only time this has ever happened to me
is when I had an AHK script running. I can't say for sure, but that dialog is
opened with a native keystroke, so I would be 99% sure it's not the scripts at
fault here.

I have also had this problem. The only thing that makes it go away for me is to
close Samplitude and then reopen it. sometimes I have to uninstall the Scripps
and reinstall them.
thank god this doesn’t happen a lot but it usually happens at the most
inconvenient times.
I have not yet installed the latest build of the Scripps. Have a lot going on
right now, but will as soon as I get a breather. Did not think that this issue
would still persist in the latest build of the Scripps. Hopefully, on my end,
it will not be an issue anymore once the new scripts are installed.
