Hi Jaffar, I had a similar problem, except the Arrow keys were opening
the quantise dialogue. Then I realised that the alt shift key
combination was toggling between English US and my original French
keyboard. That's why I was asking.

So I set up a project, and every time I arrow up or down to select a track, a Marker dialog comes up asking me to fill up the signature, I'm not sure if it's time or key signature, marker name and so on. Even if I check the box that says "ignore this marker" and click ok, the dialog still comes up when I select any track. Is there a way to dismiss this dialog permanently? Cheers!--
