Isn't this up on the website already? adding the keyboard is easy just choose 
Mackie as the surface type and Komplete Kontrol DAW for both in and out,


Now the BCF I'm not sure about, can you for example have multiple control 
surfaces?, I'm sure you can as Sonar allows this...
