hi Jo,
If u have an iPhone u could use the sky plus app. It is free, fully accessible
with voice over and gives u the channel numbers for sky as well as the channel
name. I dont think u need to create an account to view the tv guide. Once you
go in to the tv guide, look for the sports catagory and u will be presented
with all the listings for the sports channels.
