Hi Elennor.
No i have not used it i just came across it one day while looking for something else. The card reader is a usb device that you insert your sim card into then plug into a usb port on you computer and the software that comes with the drvice does the work from there. i imagine it should work with jaws. as a partly sighted person i have seen and read up on this device and it looks fairly straight forward.

There is a device you can buy called a sim card reader which will retreve 
deleted text messages. you can get it from the spy shop which you will
find
online.
