Well Susan you had the Nokia C5 and I think that is about the most basic and easy to use phone. Other than that you will be moving to qwerty keypads such as the Nokia E5. Maybe you would like an iPhone but that is all touch screen though a blue tooth keyboard can be purchased in addition but then it is extra kit to carry.
