Hi, There is no effective way to do so - Word & Publisher use completelydisparate document structures. However, in Publisher's File> Save As dialog you can try using the Save As Type for a Word 97-2003 document or one of theother similar choices if you wish to try importing a word document into Publisher. Just don't expect too much from it. Good Luck, Paul. -----Original Message----- From: vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Seoirse Neilan Sent: 14 July 2010 20:29 To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [vip_students] Re: converting publisher to word Hi Flor, i have jaws version 9 and when i enter on the publisher file, nothing happens ! My info was dated, so scrap my previous message. I have office XP Home Edition and in it is Microsoft Publisher. With JAWS11, at least the titles of different types of publication arereading. Which version of JAWS have you? What does JAWS say when you openpublisher? you may still need sighted assistance at some stage, as I'mstill not sure that the text body within a publication can be read by JAWS.----- Original Message -----From: "Seoirse Neilan" <seoirsen@xxxxxxxxxx>To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, July 14, 2010 8:30 AM Subject: [vip_students] converting publisher to word Hi all, how does one go about converting a file in microsoft publisher to microsoft word and vice versa ?
