If you are contacting us in relation to an email or text message received
requesting your personal banking information, please take the time to read

- Bank of Ireland will never request customer information via an
email/text
- Bank of Ireland will never direct you to a log in screen via an
email/text
link
- Emails/Texts requesting login details, card details, passwords or
security
information and purporting to be from Bank of Ireland are fraudulent
- Bank of Ireland will never request customer information in this
unsolicited manner
These emails/texts are issued by criminals' intent on obtaining banking
and/or credit card details. These emails/texts are sent to thousands of
individuals in the hope that someone will respond, thus compromising their
account details.
If you receive one of these emails/texts:
- Do NOT click any links
- Do NOT open any attachments
- Do NOT input any details
Should you continue to receive these emails/texts please forward them to
us
at 365Security@xxxxxxx <mailto:365Security@xxxxxxx> and then delete
immediately. If you did not click links or open attachments, no further
action is necessary in this instance (It would be useful if you could
indicate that in your email to us).
Further Action Required:
If however you inadvertently disclosed any of your details, please contact

take action to secure your account.
