Hi Aidan,

Yes, once I solve the captcha, which is admittedly very difficult at present, I 
have no other problems using any part of the Ryanair site.

The audio Captcha is not their problem, in fact, they are doing us a service by 
including it. The issue is that Google, who run the service, have made it 
virtually unusable at present.

Flor is correct when he says that it is very difficult to contact anyone in 
Google to look towards resolving this, but I shall continue to try.
