[vip_students] Ryan Air booking problems - I am aware of the cause - it is the solution which I am seeking

Good afternoon Stuart,

Thanks for responding to my Email - however - you don't confirm     in your
email that you actually do now unassistedly get through the captcha hurdle
and that you do now successfully complete flight bookings with Ryan Air and
if you do so I would appreciate the details of your successful formula ---
you will be aware from my correspondence with you of approxoimately A year
ago that I have been in contact with Michael O'Leary     of Ryan Air
regarding this problem - and that - while I consider that he was personally
most gracious in  
Devoting some time to addressing the problem - the problem remains
unresolved -  I am also acutely aware that technically the ultimate
resolution to the problem rests with Google - and at the time of our
previous correspondence I sought that the NCBI would take up the challenge
with Ryan Air/Google of resolving this problem - rather than allowing an
technically ill equipped individual member   of NCBI off on a perhaps futile
solo run - however - to my disappointment   I found that while there was a
great deal of prevarication on the subject on the part of NCBI it was not
accompanied by any positive action at least that I was made aware of - I -
with respect to yourself and to management in the NCBI - don't wish again to
engage in protracted correspondence on this matter ---- I simply just wish
to know if there are any among our fellow members who can successfully
manage the Ryan Air site and if so if they would be kind enough to let me
know in detail through an email as to how they do it.

Hi Aidan,

I must sympathise and indeed empathise with you in relation to your problems
being experienced on the Ryanair site.

However, it is important to point out that in this case, the fault is not
with Ryanair, but with Google, who are providing the audio captcha service.

Many other websites that use this system are having the same issues. It is
Google that queries need to be directed to, and not Ryanair.

To be fair to Ryanair, once you get through the captcha, the site is
absolutely perfect.
