Morning,

I suppose the point I make Jackie is that you are also paying for the phone over a period of a year or two which may suit many.

Thus the resultant charge for the internet etc. is therefore a small one I reckon.

Personally I am thinking of looking for a good second hand phone so payying what I pay at present for my Mifi facility about twenty euro.

Now if I were to be getting a brand new phone then your option would sound great to me.

Cheers,

Tony

hey Tony

can only give vodafone as an example, but my 35euro a month includes free vodafone calls and texts, 100 any network minutes, 10000 any network texts and 500 mega bites of data, I use wifi more so never use the data.

yours
Jackie

Sounds very reasonable Irene ta!

Interesting to know too if MSPs give better rates for folk who are say their iPhone customers as opposed to those who are customers otherwise?

Hi,

I was with Orange when I used my Nokia C5. With the iphone I changed to
Virgin and pay £15 per month. This gives unlimited texts, telephone calls
either to mobiles or land lines and unlimited Internet.

Hope this is of help Tony.

Irene.

Morning folk,

Okay I can phone/email or surf that is true but for now I'd like to just
pose an exploratory question or two.

Am impressed with the iPhone discussions both here and elsewhere hence my
further interest.

I was thinking of perhaps sometime in the near future getting an iPhone and
wonder what mobile phone costs can iPhone users expect roughly to pay?

I'd imagine that there many different tariffs but a rough guide would be
good to have.

Also would you recommend going bill pay or to pay as you go?

Any answers greatly appreciated.

Tony
