Thanks Francis, if there are any other tips and hints relating to Outlook or
any information I could read about it, I would like to do so as I have the
Outlook on a Windows 7 laptop as it does not support my good friend Outlook
express. I know there is a lot more one can do with Outlook. I tend to write
an important document in Word and then attach it when I am in Outlook express.

Is that F9 key a Jaws command or a Windows command? I ask as I am not in
Outlook at present?

        Hi Paul and Others
Still looking for answer to previous question re Outlook. How can I
set it up to check for e-mail as soon as I open Outlook and how can I get it to
check every 2-3 minutes?

        Many thanks.

        Eleanors
