    Sorry Eleanor just to let you know since  Outlook 2003 the F 9 key will do 
a send and receive.

      Still looking for answer to previous question re Outlook.  How can I set 
it up to check for e-mail as soon as I open Outlook and how can I get it to 
check every 2-3 minutes?
