The following should help you in setting up Outlook to check for messages every few minutes. F 5 will also do a send and receive whenever you press it. 1.. On the Tools menu, click Options. 2.. On the Mail Delivery tab, tick the Check for new messages every check box. 3.. In the Minutes box, press either the UP ARROW to increase or the DOWN ARROW to decrease the checking interval time. Outlook automatically checks for new mail every 10 minutes by default. 4.. Press Apply, and then OK. Hope this helps, Francis. ----- Original Message ----- From: Eleanor Burke To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, March 16, 2010 10:51 AM Subject: [vip_students] Outlook send/Receive Hi Paul and Others Still looking for answer to previous question re Outlook.
