Hi,
It isn't impossible to fill in the date fields - pop-up buttons - using
VoiceOver on a 6S or other iPhone (using iOS13.2.2), though it may appear
so. (In that respect, it's like many other forms with multiple fields to
fill in.) We need to use the Rotor on the Date Of Birth pop-ups, and adjust
the values to get our correct DOB's. In the event you find that the day of
the month can't be changed now, move down to the Month and change
that; then flick up again to the day; or you may prefer to deal with the
Year first, and then move back up to the Month and Day fields, adjusting the
value on the Rotor to your desired number in each case. The Previous and
Next buttons may also be helpful here, as in the rest of the form.
