Hi Paul

I've tried this, Jaws reads the top part of the general page, which has the
operating system details and stops there, the amount of RAM is at the bottom of
this page and I can't get to there to read the amount of RAM.

regards Mary

  Hi Mary,

Your subject line says that you wish to know the amount of RAM on a computer.
If I were checking this out here is what i would do.

  1. Go to the start menu then settings and control panel.

  2. Look for "System" in control panel and press the enter key on it.

  3. On this first screen that comes up I would read down through it and it
would tell me how much system memory my computer has for example, mine tells me
I have "2 gigabytes".

  Hope this helps.

  Paul.
