Hi Mary,
 
you need to do the following;
 
1.While in this screen, "route jaws to PC". This is done by pressing and
holding down the "insert key, bottom left edge of the numpad and then
pressing the minus key, top right edge of the numpad. This brings the two
cursors together.
 
2. Press the numpad "9" key to do a "page up" so that you start at the top
of the active screen.
 
3. Now use the numpad keyboard like a set of arrow keys, "numpad 8 brings
you up a line at a time while numpad 2 brings you down a line at a time and
numpad 4 and 6 bring you left or right a character at a time.
 
3. When you have carried out the first instruction above, use the numpad key
"2" to arrow down through the information and eventually you will come to
the line where the information you require is located.
 
Jaws will read it out for you or whomever is using it.
