hi all. i run firefox on both my laptop running win xp and windows
tablets running win 8.1.
russ, i had this same problem on my windows tablet even though it is
running firefox.
that's why i suggested to clear history and cookies.
and, if running win xp probably using ie 8. that's ancient.
nevertheless, i left internet explorer eons ago.
