Okay and this is the last resort because I found Android app authentication,
and I can't do it so that's what is wrong. I'll try to have Alexa open the
Bard app.

Hi Jonie. As a last resort, did you try using Alexa to open the Bard Mobile
app? Just say after the charm: Open Bard Mobile.
If the app does open, give it 20 seconds or so and then swipe the screen. The
app does not say anything when opening this way for me.
But, it works!
As for Amazon help, that's another story, another thread, another day!
